Hey you all,

Patty Dawson's case  has been postponed for settlement conference for July 12 in Dept 71 Judge Hoff, the presiding judges courtroom. If not settlement we go to trial on July 23. Yesterday I got kicked out of the court room because i attempted to take a picture of the blaiffit as he squatted next to Jennifer and chatted friendly like in the back corner. I have brought his imporper unproffesional behavior to his immeidate supervisor.

June 14 will be one year since Jennifer Fraser and her slug husband Eric Hansen and another man chased Patty spitting at her as she drove in Clovis. They ended next to each other and Fraser got off and assualted Patty. ONE YEAR WITHOUT JUSTICE.

We will be working to hold a big event on June 14 place, time and location to be decided soon.

if you are interested in helping develop the event. pls call me 559 250-2434. We need to start planning  it now. I will be out of town next week but people can start thinking of what we can do to move forward and get back to me after May 14.

i am again sending you the letter Jennifer Fraser's father gave to us at the courtroom please review and remember her claim is that she was the aggessor, she has anger management problems and she was raised badly.

A letter written by the father of Jennifer Fraser left with one of our brothers in court, here is Jennifer Fraser's father's  letter word by word...

"Truth"

Jennifer, 7 months pregant, her husband, her 2 year old daughter, in her car seat, and her 17 year old girlfriend, 8 months preganat was travelilng east on Ashlan between Peach &Clovis ave. they ended up in a single land road. There in front of them was a girl going approx. 5 miles an hour. Alot of crap happen. They tried to past even on a double yellow line. They tried to past on the right illegally, but they were pissed off, and the girl continued and during this time they were both giving each other the finger.

They finally reached Clovis ave. this girl who claims to be scared didn't trun or pull into the service station. "NO" sh was the first one out of her car, then Jennifer words were exchanged, but that's all. Until the girl spit at Jennifer's husband at that time I belived Jennifer hit the girl.
Then the girl after more words, spit on her husband again.

This is what lead up to the fight. The firl wanted to fight also, but she picked on the wrong person. you'all always find someone who can wip you.

Jennifer did not chase this girl down to wip her cause she was an American Indian especially her beign pregant. Anybody would be mad if somebody spit on your spouse.

Jennifer step brother is Indian. I personally know Daane Jones & Floyd Walker, Bibo Walker ( past away a few years ago). We have Native American blood in us, and got the paperwork.

This whole thing is totally outrages. We know a lot of Indians, good friends of the family. Jennifer actually thought the woman was Mexican. not Indian. Which had nothing to do with the fight. If this girl would have won the fight, would all this "be happening!?"

News Flash!!  Pleased to share that our partners in Richmond scored a HUGE VICTORY today.  At issue was how to spend $19 million in realignment dollars to county.  On one side was the Sheriff who wanted $3 million of those funds to expand jail capacity** and the other side was the community, with leadership from formerly incarcerated people themselves, saying those funds need to go toward critical re-entry services and supports.  After a long and sustained campaign, the Sheriff backed off of his plans.  I’m confident that our investments in building the leadership, partnerships and power evident in the campaign made a critical difference today.

Couldn’t say it better:

At the close of the meeting State Senator Loni Hancock emphatically stated, "This has been an extraordinary meeting, and I hope everyone realizes what a tribute to democracy this whole process has been. I am in awe of you guys, I'm in awe of this community and the testimony you've given.  And the fact that it is really coming together with such promise for developing a whole new system.  The whole promise of AB109 is not to replicate the failed system of the state level, but to build a new system that will break the cycle of crime and poverty and violence and put people on another track.  Everybody talks about it almost nobody has done it successfully, and it sounds to me like Contra Costa is on the road to doing it successfully. You will make history if you do that, you will be a model for other places that are struggling with these tough issues. Just thank you, every single one of you for what you've done here."

Another warrior passing on…Gus Gutierrez, who struggled tirelessly for the rights of Indigenous peoples. He will be remembered for his positive outlook on life and the good natured person that he was.
